She leaves at 9am
SET YOUR TIMER AT 9:15AM so lights go on After she has gone out!
SET the lights to go off by 5:30 (or 15 minutes BEFORE whatever...

I was thinking about building something similar, but the main reason I built mine around hydration is because I plan to leave for more than 2 weeks and want as little as maintenance possible for someone just to worry about feeding them.
Yes, 100 is enough to feed and raise, they grow relatively slow. If I'm not mistakien some one outhere sell a "starter" batch. Depending on how many chameleons you have and how many you plan to feed a day, you have to start somewhere. Keep at least 30 of the initial batch and you should be fine...
