I gave him .1 cc on July 22, when should his next dosage be? I don't want to overdose him, but I want to give him enough to get rid of the parasites as quickly as possible. I am just afraid that once a week won't be enough.

My panther chameleon Marty had something similar to this a few weeks ago. It looked like dry crusty stuff around his eye and it stayed there for about a week, I just used some simple saline eye drops about once a day for a few days and it cleared right up. It hasn't bothered him again. :)

As for the plastic screen....the screen I was using on Marty's old cage was plastic coated fiberglass. I had no problems with it melting. So I think I will just use that again.
