If I were you I would not offer this advice especially when you advise its ok to leave chams home for 6 days sheesh call it a week! The Original poster probably doesnt have a timer for the lights so therefore they would be left on 24/7 a huge detriment and stress to the cham...what if he did...
I feel that would be too hott unless its like lower 50's in your house apt...
try using a 80w or even a 75w they will suffice.

Just the problem I had. I was about to trash the fixture when i noticed that if i turned that starter they would flicker on and off. The starter has to be turned correctly in order to work I think lol...:p
No it would not. Coil style UV bulbs are unsafe in the long run especially for a young cham like yours. They have been known to cause eye issues although some keepers have had no problems and others have in this case its better to be safe than sorry :)
