Today I came home and found my cham dead on the floor of the cage. She has been so lively and all droppings seemed normal. The room was warmer than usual. It usually stays around 73 F in the room and in the bottom of her cage. The basking spot is usually around 80. Today the room jumped up to 80...
She is about a year old. I am not sure if she has laid all eggs yet. She seems to be scared of me now . I am trying to get her to associate me with food again but she won't go for it. Perhaps with time.
She does have an appetite but does not seem to want to leave her basking spot. The only time she does move is when she goes to sleep. All the food I give is by hand. If it isn't close enough to her she won't go for it. When I move it closer she goes nuts. Other than that not much change.

I have to say those are not my normal temps. My basement does not usually get that warm. I'm looking into getting a different thermometer. something that works. I will check out that page.
