    Chameleon Cage

I built my own cage. It's 18"x24"x48". My veiled is only 2 months old right now, so I took and divided the cage in the middle (vertically). This way the cage is small enough for him right now, and as he grows I can remove the divider and he'll have plenty of room later. I would go ahead and...

    Snakes...

I've had a corn snake for about 11 years now. I think he's somewhere around 14 years old. He's great, doesn't need a lot of care. Just a small rat once a week and hes good to go. He's about 5 1/2' long. I would suggest a corn snake, king snake, or ball python for a first snake.

    is a 30 x 16 x 24 cage to big for a baby cham?

This is what I did. I had a 36"x18"x48" that I cut down to a 24"x18"x48" then divided it in half. So now it's 24"x18"x a little over 24" high. So no when he gets bigger I'll just take out the divider on the bottom.

is this plant ok for my panthers

I'm pretty sure I saw someone say one of them, if not more is toxic. I have a Schefflera arboricola, which is on the safe plant list here. Here's flchams safe plant list: http://www.flchams.com/safe_plant_list.asp

    DeJango my baby veiled

I was just wondering if it was normal for him to be a greyish/brown for the first couple of days-week? When he's in his plants he's green, but when he's climbing on his cage, he's kinda of a dark brown. He stays right on the outside of the basking light. Also, he's not eating all that much. I...

    DeJango my baby veiled

Hello all. I just received my 2 month old baby veiled 2 days ago, and just wanted to share. I've wanted a chameleon since I was 14 and just now got one at 24, lol. I got him from BocaJan, great to deal with, with very fast responses. These forums have helped me greatly with all the info I needed...
