so i just got my female veiled chameleon a 24x24x48 cage. i am misting constantly with a spray bottle. i want to step it up and purchase a automatic source of misting. so long story short would you guys reccomend a mistking type mister or a fogger??
Yes I'm going to get her a penplex cage which is 48x24x24 with a acrylic front glass (no reflection). I just want her to grow a little more so she will still be able to find her crickets in the cage..
I wasn't aware I had to set anything up for her. I would watch the video in the link above, but I am using my cell phone and can't watch videos at this time. Any info is much appreciated.
She is about 6-7 months. I left her without food for about a day and half and when I came home I noticed she had digged a hole in the corner. At first I thought it was cause she was hungry, but I fed her that night and the next morning I noticed she had re-dug the hole again. Is it egg time???
Was just wondering why she has red outlines now around her eye and on her helmet. Is this normal with a growing cam? Or is it burned?

I keep hearing people speak of 5.0 and 10.0 and I'm not sure what that means. What .0 is mine?

My Cham is 4-5 months old now. I have been feeding her about 20 small crickets a day(suggested by you guys) and was wondering when should I step it up to medium crickets and how many should I feed her now, and when should I move to large crickets and how many should I then feed her..
Thanks
The temp in the cage is usually between 85-95%.... The UVB bulb is 13w.. The bulb sits about a half inch from the top of the screen cage.. Female use to sit at the top close to the UVB bulb almost all day( not anymore). I use to take her out of her cage before and she would be fine, last time I...
Lately my Cham has been hiding at the bottom of her cage.. but... It's were the crickets usually run too also... Is it the light or eggs????or just cause of the crickets??
