I have a probe on his bask and a IR temp gun. The fault was the result of me having to leave the house, I wasn't able to monitor the set up. I would never have started messing with his lighting if I would of known I was going to have to leave.

He's been doing really well. I don't think it's anything more than a superficial burn but the cream is going on 2x a day and I have reptiaid on the way for a preventative measure. I'm having an issue getting to a vet until the middle/end of next week.

I won't be able to see a vet till monday but I got my doctor to prescribe some silver sulfadiazine cream (Silvadene) for him for the weekend. How bad do you all think it is? I am so pissed at myself!

Yeah I have been having a problem keeping my little guy in his free range. Every time I turn around he's leaving, he was fine the first couple days but now he's only lasting around 20 mins I between escapes.
