Hey I bought some roaches from someone who suggested using dry gerber baby cereal, has anyone ever heard of that. I went and bought a box and the nutritional content seems acceptable and the roaches dig so let me know thx guys.
Well my jackson will not eat dubias does not seem interested at all:mad: I am on the 3rd day with trying to not offer him anything but the roaches and still nothing. I tried the roaches free range in the cage but it didnt work and i am afraid of them finding a way out. So i switched to cup...

I just found baby panthers for 150 they are very small and was wondering what to look for in trying to pick out a male. I know nothing is certain but what can i look for to get a better chance. any help appreciated
Hey guys i just started my Dubias colony. Picked up a batch of 200 mixed, so any advice other than the basics would be appreciated. Can they be used as there primary source of food or what. I mean I will still feed crickets but can the roaches be the main source. Thx guys
Ya gonna give a try first thing in the morning, thanks for your time i appreciate it needed some extra opinions before i went into overdrive with my efforts on this he is a pain in the butt but i love him:D
Just tried taking some but he is less than enthusiastic about it and will not cooperate with me. I think i might wake up early tomorrow take his whole cage outback and use my cobra mister to soak him down. When i first got him the first ten min he was home he guzzled water down and now i never...
Ya he has a dripper and i mist him, but he hates water he always put his waterguard on you know when the water beads off and he runs away. i wanted to put him in the shower but im in az and the water is so hot.
You know what i am gonna have to take new pics. I just looked at him and these pics look so much worse than he actually does starting to think i have been tricked by lighting all along.
Hey guys I am worried about my buddys hydration I do not see him drink anymore and his eyes seem a little sunk. These are the best pictures i could take and keep in mind that the angle and shadow of the pic does make it look a little worse than it is but you can get the idea. Thanks guys.

We finally got some good weather in phoenix today. Woke up and it was raining, so i took this chance to let the fellas get some outside time. It was perfect a slight breeze, cool weather and a little bit of rain falling on the trees.
I may be in danger of feeling stupid but i have to ask. Is this photo shopped or are there jacksons out there that actually have this coloration, I am guessing fake but like i said had to ask anyway.
Thank you for the info. I gut load my crickets with fresh fruits and veggies everyday so i know that they are good to go. I picked up a vitamin supplement that has d3 in it also I figured that would be cool since i am not giving it to them frequently.
