FREE! Senegal with enclosure/aqua zamp mister (kissimmee FL)

I can no longer afford to keep my chameleon. His light burned out (ballast) and I can not afford to replace it due to my car also needing repairs, all in the midst of moving... So my misfortune is your gain and hopefully my chameleons gain as well. You also get his enclosure and mister...

    reverse osmosis water system

The membrane is what makes it a reverse osmosis system, and the one you linked has one. I don't really see why you need two carbon filters, but they are cheap so it doesn't matter.

Senegal Chameleon turns light green/olive with grey. Should I be worried? PLEASE HELP

http://www.chameleonnews.com/08FebFrancis.html Is a chart of what different colors may indicate. Although it isn't super accurate from what I have seen. Mine goes dark green when hunting. I would say gray is probably a bad sign though. Do you have a lot of live plants? They like heavy...

    Post-apocalypse skills

It's called "dead alive" in the states. Hard movie to find. Another of his early works "meet the feebles" is worth watching as well. Nothing to do with zombies but vintage peter Jackson and really effed up.

gauging interest in free senegal (central florida)

Due to certain circumstances I may have to re-home my senegal chameleon. He will come with cage, stand, lights, two live plants which aren't doing well, and aquazamp mist system. All will be free if I do have to re-home. I am not sure yet if I will have to, but would be nice to have a home...

    Fired up over plastic.

Can't say I have this problem. The only toy chameleon I have is a 3' stuffed animal I won at a fair.

Please show me your cricket containers.

Thanks for the replies! Ok so it looks like the big totes are a popular choice. When it comes time to clean your container how do you go about this task? Do you transfer all the crickets into a different container and vacuum/wash it? How often do you do this? Any tips for easy cleaning?

Please show me your cricket containers.

So my current cricket containing method is not up to snuff. It is working, but I would really like to improve it. Would you mind posting pictures, links or descriptions of how you have yours set up? Thanks

    Buiding Fran a new home

Very nice. Is the plastic cup a feeder cup? My guy was very confused by clear plastic and kept trying to eat the crickets through the side. I had to switch to an opaque one.

    Can chameleons eat at night?

Looks good. What kind of screen did you use, and how is it attached to the frame?

    What did I catch?

Thank you. Unfortunately its a little big for me to use as a feeder, but hopefully I can find more (smaller ones).

    First WC Moth!

Whats wrong with the cheap stuff marketed towards kids? If it catches bugs that's all you need! I use a fish net (like for catching fish in an aquarium) because its all I had laying around.

    What did I catch?

It doesn't have the usual grasshopper head... I think i found it though. A type of katydid.

    New to Chameleons

Good luck! Do you happen to live near any open fields/forest areas you can catch some wild bugs? (as long as you can be sure no pesticides are used in the area). Also can you get Indian walking sticks there? They supposedly are prolific breeders and good feeders. I really want them, but...
