if you find a pet store that deals with exo, then they can order them in for you. or you might be able to order them online
haha, yea when i saw it i rolled on the floor laughing, its a female veiled, about 8 mo. old.
i dont know how long the plant has been in there.
i just don't want to see her get sick or anything.
i told him its probably not safe, but i'd like to have reasons and be able to explain it to him...
i know this is a touchy subject...butttt
my friend has his chameleon in a cage with a marijuana plant.
he has it in there for the lighting...i told him it might not be good if he ate it.
does anyone have any insight on this subject so i can better inform him:)
i havn't seen apollo awake when the lights were off. they have bad vision in the dark, so i doubt they will be doing much exploring.
plus, when the lights are off there is no more heat getting to them, so they will slow down and sleep. this is why is is good to turn off the basking light 30 min...
i get my veiled cham up at 6 ever morn, he doesn't seem to mind, once the lights turn on he is running around looking for food...if you already have the lights set at 9, i suggest slowly moving it back to 6.
if you jump from 9 to 6 in one night there could be some adverse effects on the poor...
i was just wondering if there is i'll effects to keeping your chameleon awake for too long. and if there is, at what point do these effects begin to take place in terms of amount of hours awake.
i work from 6 am till sometimes 7 pm...and i would like to be able to see him awake for some amount...
haha, he looks really pissed.
apollo is beginning to get that kind of attitude..
its sad in a way cuz i enjoyed the happyguy who was almost happy to see you.
now hes pissed when i go to feed him alot. oh well, i still love him, and he could not be any more exciting and interesting
im hoping his colour will explode soon...
if anyone has any thoughts, he is only about 5-6 months old..it seems that he has a lot of colour for his age...but im not too sure..
any comments?
