I have set up my enclosure with a reptisun 5.0 18 inch bulb and have recently purchased a 5.0 compact bulb. Could I use both or should I only stick with the 18 inch?

Hey, so my veiled chameleon is about 9-10 months old now and i was just wondering how many crickets i should be feeding him a day. And how can i start getting him to eat fruits or lettuce?
