Thanks, we use repti cal with D3 and herptivite and our chameleons don't go outside and they have a 5.0 reptiglo flourescent tube bulb. I'll have to order some regular calcium without D3 none of the stores here sell it anymore.

The drippers we have on our chameleons soak the bottom of their cages. We have been putting a cups under the dripper but the knock it over sometimes. What do you do to keep the drippers from soaking everything?

There is a petstore about 15 minutes from me and they have about 20 Sengal chameleons in a 10 gallon tank with no drip system and no UV light. It is horrible, you can see how stressed out they are and to top it off they have a sign on the door saying "We sell Johnny Depp Chameleons".

How often should we give our chameleons calcium and multivitamins? Right now they are getting calcium twice a week and multivitamins twice a month. Does that seem right, they are sub adult Veiled and Jackson chameleons. Thanks for any help.

Thanks, I figured I'll give my vet a call and she what she says about it. I just thought with her being so small that it may do more harm to take her to the vet but we'll see.

So do you think a vet would be able to help her since she is so small?

The only time I've seen her open her mouth it seems like she is trying to adjust her tongue but she doesn't leave it open.

The light is a flourescent tube and the repti cal has D3.

I noticed in the last week her eyes aren't opening much either.

You can see the lump in her throat in the first two pictures. Then she opened her mouth and the lump went away. I think there is just something wrong with her tongue.

Thanks for the info. I did not see the eggs, the lady just brought the babies in and I just assumed it laid eggs, but the mother is definitely a Jackson. I'll post pictures of the babies when we bring them home on Thursday.
