My panther chameleon has been turning this darker color at night and I’m not sure if is it normal? Does anyone know why this is happening?

I don’t know if this is normal but I kind of noticed a dark color on the belly of my panther chameleon. I just took him to the vet today and this wasn’t showing then. He is on antibiotics for his eyes and two mouth medication for inflammation and pain and I believe the second is for respiratory...
