So, as i try to work this out logically the heat basking light is truly more the AM warmup and to maybe sit under after being fed to help digest... and to help...
So my newest veiled female doing great eats EVERYTHING and really overly friendly....lol and seems to check all the other health boxes...
She seems to be getting a little more pumpkin like ..especially when in her sleeping spot...
She never goes to the ground or digs ... She stays mostly in...
So was looking at a friend's male veiled and noticed his eye looked a bit off to me... he just finished a shed but, in the pic i attached his eye looks a little off.... any thought on this ... maybe some shed ?? To me the little guy looks like he needs some groceries and better hydration....but...
So, I hate to see these little guys in poor setups in chain stores. I am thinking i may have to rescue this little on as i do have a free enclosure (yea that's my story)....

So pretty sure i am not alone on this lol ...
But as the empty feeder cups start to pile up what do you do with them ... i can only repurpose so many and throwing them out seems like a waste ..any seems like the insect suppliers would want to clean and reuse them ... but hey this is me thinking...

I now have a young male Jackson not planned so was not really prepared ...he was being kept with a female in a small enclosure at a local shop so you can imagine how that was going...long story short i felt i had to 'rescue' him....Last few days...
