2 yr old Nosy Be Panther Chameleon

I'm selling a male Nosy Be Cham for $225 OBO. I'll give a small enclosure with him but it has to be pick up only. I live in Woodstock, GA. I have a 2x2x4 enclosure too, I'm not interested in selling it that much, but will for a decent price if you also want it. Both enclosures has everything...

What type of Panther Cham do I have?

Thats pretty much what he looks like all the time. When I moved him from his smaller enclosure his "bars?" turned like a brownish red, but not anything near as brilliant as you would see in some pictures. He can be a brighter green and maybe sometimes have a little bluish in him, but thats it.

Male panther, 2 cages, full set ups (GA)

I have a male panther chameleon, not sure on the specific type. He is 2 years old. He comes with a 2x2x4 cage that is set up with biovine, fake pothos vines, and a live umbrella tree. I have a MV bulb with 10'' dome (both are still in boxes). The smaller cage is at least a 18'x18''x24'' also...

    MV (Mercury Vapor) Bulbs

I was reading on a website that the MV bulb is the best because it delivers UVA/UVB and heat all in one bulb. I've also read that this particular bulb get VERY hot and shouldn't be set too close to where the Cham can reach, I think at least 12 inches away from the bulb or it will burn. I'm...

He bit me! (and cage question)

I moved my new adult panther chameleon into his new 2x2x4 cage from the 18'' square cage he was in before. I spent all day putting up the biovine, plants, lights, dripper, everything and the little guy bit me =\, oh well. I'll have my husband move him next time he needs it =) Anyways, I was...

    reptiledepot

I started a "thread" before bashing reptiledepot.com, because they took forever to ship me a much needed 2x2x4 cage. I have since talked to the owner Steve, and he told me they have had several shows he was busy with and that unfortunately store issues were left to (apparently) incompetent...

    Mesh vs. Aluminum Screen

I am debating on what kind of cage to get. I ordered an aluminum cage but the seller still hasnt shipped it out to me. I can go to a store right now to get a 2x2x4 mesh cage for my panther chameleon but just wanted to know from other people what their opinions were on the two types. I've...

    How to keep Crickets

I have a Panther Chameleon and a Leopard Gecko. It feels like I'm constantly visiting the store to get crickets to feed them both. I know that they die fairly soon after I get them home, if they aren't eaten. I'm wondering if anyone knows what kind of conditions I would need to keep crickets...

    Basic Enclosure question/ideas?

I just bought an adult male Panther Chameleon . . . he came with a pretty small cage the pet store said would be o.k. for him to stay in. Since then I've read online that he would need a 2x2x4, so I bought one for him online. I won't get it for about a week and I want to get the stuff that...
