I use room temp, its in a 5 gallon Lowes bucket that is connected to the mistking. Even when he was hand sprayed it was room temp.

I would suggest mister system and dripper for juvies. The dripper will excite them to drink. When older I just use the mister. Live plants also make a big difference in my opinion.
