My male veiled "Helmut" is now 15 months old and shows none of the vibrant coloring of Sage or Hammy, and he's supposed to be the son of a very colorful sire. I think I provide Helmut with the best conditions, so I'm beginning to wonder if FlChams was not being honest about the cham's lineage.

I got him off of flchams. It didn't say translucent. It did say he would be 2 months old though but I really feel like he's only 1 month.. which sucks for a first timer like me. This is the dad I got the baby from

I got my panther from them, only issue I had is the overnight shipping turned into around a 4-day ship in chilly temps so I was a bit nervous. FLChams claims it was a FedEx error, and FexEx claims FLChams delivered the package too late to meet the cutoff for overnight.

That line of chams (if baby is actually from that line) is not a translucent line. Translucents literally have patches of skin that are pink see through. These patches can change as they mature to more white or even black patches holding some of the pink or none at all. How they start out is not...

Yeah quite a few of us have had that issue! Think of how many people who get chams from them who don't have good vets and don't do fecal tests. Do any other forum sponsors have a bad track record? Feels unfortunate that FL chams is on there, makes me distrust the rest of the sponsors.

All the spots that could be red, are uncolored. So they have to turn "a" color at some point. Check out this flcham. he is red, only in the spots that are still colorless on your cham.
