Jackson don't need high temp for basking. They might stay dark while they are basking. Give them couple days. As long as they are eating and pooping normal. It should be fine

As long as he stay active during the day, it shouldn't be problem. Mine have 3-4 different location to sleep from top corner to almost bottom of the cage. I hope this help

It might take up to 2 weeks. Mine is come out from cocoon after 12 days. They always get out from cocoon around 7-9 in the morning. You can raise the temperature to 75-80. It might help them come out early. Also, I have experienced before that they can't come out from cocoon if they cocoon is...

My vet told me to try use neosporin rub it on the area that need help shedding. My Jackson has problem with his horn when he has shed. I rub it every night and it help him loose it easily. I hope this help
