I would put a 36" linear UVB light and one two two basking lights. OR you can get the small 20 watt metal halide lights and have them spaced out across the cage. Maybe 3.

5.0 is OKAY but does not NEARLY produce enough UVB as is equivalent to their natural conditions. Increasing to a better bulb would result in better growth. I guarantee. Also problem with weaker bulb is when they begin to weaken, they are VERY weak. No good.

haha do not beat yourself up haha. I always look at lighting first anyway. Just knee jerk reaction... Yeah CFL are okay but not the best. Certainly not for a veiled.....or anything else for that matter in my opinion haha

Well I could be wrong. But that is one of those double dome fixtures for a cfl and a heat lamp.Unless the uvb is elsewhere or off or something. In the fourth picture?

The lighting is not adequate. CFL bulbs? Not enough for a veiled chameleon. Okay for short time and then a lot of problems will arise. Lessen the misting as well. Veileds do not need so much and it can actually lead to more problems. And like kinyonga said above, 80 is a bit cool for a veiled...

Oh dear. Carrot is useless and wax worms are mostly fat and not enough nutrition. Is this accurate?

Hm. Eye issue and as someone pointed out, the leg issue. What is your supplements schedule? Also 5.0 is WAY not efficient for a veiled. Could also be causing problem there with metabolizing nutrient

Undigested food matter it looks like. They have very short digestive tract. Sometimes if they are too cold or eat too much, they will not be able to fully get everything digested.

This male is going to show amazing coloration. Lots of orange, white, and koi. His demeanor is not as kind as his brothers but adequate handling would certainly be easy to do and he would easily calm himself with new owners. Father and brother pictures also added. He is already ready to breed...
