I have both a male and female Jackson. The male seems to be a lot more active when inside his cage compared to the female. They're both in separate cages in different rooms, but once they're both out the cage they both are very active. Walking around exploring, trying to crawl up everything...
About the jacksons :)
I have a male and female Jacksons. They both stay in separate terrariums in different rooms. The male is a little more relaxed for me, when it's time to handle them to move something around the female doesn't cooporate as much and tends to get fired up and almost try to...
No they both have their own terrarium in a different rooms. I make sure to take them out into the actual sun separately so they don't meet eachother. Anything else I could do?:)

I took her home to her new terrarium, a large cage thats I believe 30x30 from a frontal view, and 18 inches on the sides. I apologize if that doesn't...
Good Question..
I've been wondering this myself as well. I have a male jackson who's about a year and a half old. But in another cage is a female that I recently got. I was wondering the same thing as you. Poor girl still seems scared and anti social. She'll warm up to me though :p
It's all in time my friend.
A lot of the time a chameleon will not voluntarily go near you. That's just the way that they are. But with patience and friendliness comes virtue. If you just let the chameleon do his or her thing, feed her and keep her hydrated. She'll eventually get used to you...
First off let me say that your chameleon is BEAUTIFUL. It's obvious you take good care of him. For the feeding, I personally own a female Jackson who's fully grown, I feed her about 5 a day and that seems to be the appropriate amount. Seriously though, such a wonderfully vivid color, i'm jealous :)
