I also have a couple of jacksons. They are so cool aren't they? Well judgeing by how big he is comparied to your fingers and the size of his horns I would say anywhere between nine months to a year. Just remember jacksons love LOTS of water and mine go crazy for hornworms.

If I were you I would give the roaches clean food for a few days just to clean any mold spores out of their systems. Most mold spores can stay alive even after being eaten and excreated so try to wash the container that they are in everyday until you think all the mold is gone.
