Linda hit the nail on the head. Probably want to cut food out about 2-3 hours before lights out. As she stated heat is the main ingrediant to digesting the food. If he ate a few it wont hurt him but in the future probably not the best of ideas.
He will be fine. Probably finish tomorrow or the next. As they start to get older you will find it is a couple day process. When they come close to adult age you will notice that they start to shed different parts of their body. Each time up the misting/ humidity and you should be fine.
