Thanks!!! I love when he sheds. This time he shed when I was gone so I came back to a messy cage and a persnickity cham. He seems to have a ton of energy and is out of his normal character a few days after his sheds.

I am excited that he is starting to come around. Sometimes I use the glove and sometimes I dont. Almost daily I coax him onto my hand with the cup full of his food and then lead him to where the cup hangs in his cage. He's getting better!

You will notice them start to have a slight shade of white almost like the color is starting to fade when they get ready to shed. At that point I try to increase the misting to increase the humidity.

My guy does this as well and my feeling is that it is a new surrounding so he is trying to make himself look bigger and tougher to ward off any potential predators. Also the brighter colors could be to attract the light as well much like when they turn black to increase their body temps.

Haba mist machines are not worth it!!! I have one and they are terrible. They shouldn't be able to call it a misting device as it is more of a water gun. Hand mist and save up for a better system. $30 more and you can get the mist king basic set up.
