Yeah, the translucent veiled usually sell for more, but be warned, it is a genetic defect. Many breeders try to propagate the gene. Be careful with sun burn on the little paws. I must admit though, that cham is really a unique one.
I use a couple 10 gallons, and three 29 gallon tanks. I initially set up the hatch-lings in a 10 gallon, about 15 hatch-lings per 10 gallon. I purchase branch wreathes at the Dollar Store or Michaels. I wash them and then shred them into bramble that seems to be perfectly sized for hatch-lings...
Hehe I tell my wife that the Dubias are just giant Roly Poly bugs...I dont think she believes me though...She has no problem with chams, but we both equally dislike snakes.
Pretty much everything is okay, except snakes and spiders...Im not disgusted by them, I am unsure why but I view them as...
You know, I hear all these arguments about how Microsoft was going to lock games to accounts and void all pre-owned, or stop with discs altogether, etc. My opinion is that it would have been a good thing in the long run. Game prices would drop without the GameStop middleman selling pre-owned...
Sorry to hear that bro. Sometimes it just isn't meant to be. Your setup looked pretty decent, I guess the little guy was just too far gone. How many days did the cham look ill?
Uhh huh... thats why PS4 uses those tiny itty bitty controllers that are adequate for only the most feminine of supple mitts. All symmetric and lightweight...careful, you don't want to exhaust that frail wrist guys.
Dude...dude...stop right there. Never tell a chick about your hobby. Hobbies are best kept as a man-secret, only to be exposed after marriage and/or a few kids.
Also...if you are one of those dudes that walks around in high shorts with a Savannah hat and a fanny pack whilst wrapped in snakes...
X-Bone all the way man. PS4 is for fanboys and weaksauce exclusives. Trophies will never be as cool as achievements...never. Don't even bring up a PC, because everyone knows that PC gamers are not real gamers.
Its common for babies and juveniles to get scared or the spray sessions. Don't fret, most chams get used to it and stop running away after a few months. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Aquazamp and Mistking are so similar in price and quality that you cant really miss. I have an aquazamp and it works decently. I still hand mist though...Im oldschool. I chose aquazamp because they are local and I see them at shows around my area. Whichever you choose, they are all decent auto...
Haha, stupid people...
Take a look at this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=494TvAZWlFc
Someone told her oil was a little low, and that she needs to add some...
Misinformation, not a common pet, television, etc. take your pick. Also, it wasn't until just a couple of years ago that people came to the conclusion that they dont change colors to match backgrounds...which is still slightly up in the air. I read a report that some chameleons may try to mimic...
I wish I had made it in earlier, I heard lllreptile was giving free Pacman frogs if you bought the enclosure which was also pretty dirt cheap. *sigh* Too late though, I was heavily considering a dart frog or red eye tree frog to put in my 40 gallon, but I think I will wait for some Pygmy chams.
Its fine if it isnt a large male. Just take him out a lot more to keep him happy. I open the cages and all my chams come out for a couple hours at least 3 times a week.
Sorry to hear that, he looks a little dehydrated too. A vet visit is your best bet. A swelling that large doesnt happen overnight. It is an infection, maybe some Neosporin might help until you see the vet. Apply with a Q-tip or use some Nolvasan...most people dont have that though...
Its much...
Just take a regular household sponge and scrub the mold off in the tub. Also take the plant out of the soil and re-pot into new soil. I use Miracle Grow dirt packs, but you can use any dirt really. Re-potting is just to get rid of all the ants that are trying to forage or nest in your pllant...
