Thanks he is slowly getting his appetite back. I dont know what happened. I just bought some crickets today and currently gutloading them. I will see how he reacts to them tomorrow. Im planning to put him in a different smaller cage with less vegetation and just release crickets, supers (his...
Interesting suggestions!
I really have to look into those quad fixtures! I keep seeing the site lightyourreptiles everyday here seems like it :P
Seems like a trusted brand. In my case I plan to hand the 3 pothos plant outside of the cage and let it be a free range area for my Cham, Diego. I...
Im planning to revamp my enclosure for my male cham. Im moving him to a new 24x48 enclosure / free range. He looks so sad in his cage and each time I take him out and leave him chilling on my potted plants he lights up with light green and all his calm colors. I sometimes see him scratching and...
Just like what was stated here I believe magnet would work. I found some cheap ones in amazon 30 pieces for 6 bucks! http://www.amazon.com/Neodymium-Magnets-inch-Disc-N48/dp/B001KUWM3C/ref=sr_1_2?s=industrial&ie=UTF8&qid=1418184757&sr=1-2&keywords=neodymium+magnets
I have a male veiled I got him from a friend he is really docile and somewhat friendly even but sadly he isnt eating much. Its been around 3 or 4 days since the last time I saw him eat heavily. Yesterday he ate some of his food but barely touched the rest.

That is one healthy female. That is nice. Just make sure when shes about to lay eggs that you have an egg laying bin ready. All that fat storage and high calorie and high nutrient diet will yield her a lot of eggs! Can be a double edge sword.
Best of luck and shes looking great!
Look like a STEAL! Nice catch and petco people gets so much crap on them here. I can't blame them they have some sad horror stories in regards of their reptile department. Any way, I would go with turning that into a mini reptile show case. Just like what thereptileguy said.
GOOD LUCK!
Dont get your hopes up on the female coloration. They do color up abit shades of green and some yellow and maybe a bit of blue. Still nothing as bright compared to that of the males though. The casque will be smaller but still eye catching. Females can be a joy to keep but they do require extra...
That just hit me actually I tried spraying the water at me and made me shiver! Would not blame my chams if they were running away from it. I mean I would do. Its not ice cold but cool. Im gonna use warm water from now on.
I have 2 chams I mist them regularly but lately when I miss they run away and hide in the corner. I use mist'r lizard mister/sprayer/dripper and I pump it till it shoots fine mist.
Is there anyone there having the same issues? Is it normal. I usually spray around them and just soak them up a...
