    ~3 mo old hardly eating

1/4 to 1/2 would be smalls in that case. You could order them online and get a better size. Most places like Petco and Petsmart only have Large and Small, but I am not a fan of those stores. The store near me that I go to offers 5 sizes. From smallest to largest is: Pinhead X-Small...

    ~3 mo old hardly eating

No, my 3 month old male panther is eating small to medium crickets no problems. The prey can't be any wider or taller than the space between the chameleons eyes. It can be longer though without a problem.

    ~3 mo old hardly eating

The Arcadia if purchased the correct one is a UVB bulb as it will say on the package. The Arcadia only needs to be changed 1 time a year versus the Reptisun which needs to be changed every 6 months. The T5-HO is a much brighter and better bulb then the T8 Reptisun bulbs. It puts out much...

    ~3 mo old hardly eating

From the looks of the enclosure, I don't think he is getting near enough UVB. That light is way too far away from him. A UVB light will lose half of itself going through a screen. I would suggest getting more branches up near the UVB or switching to an Arcadia 6% in the T5-HO format. That...

    Handling/taming

My little guy who will be 3 months old on Monday does not like me going in his cage either. He does not puff up, gap, or hiss at me, but he goes to the very back corner and hides or tries to lean sideways to blend into the branches. He will not hand feed at all as I try it every 3 days but it...

I will only do T5-HO Arcadia and only from Light Your Reptiles. Todd really knows what he is talking about when it comes to reptile lighting.

None of the pictures show a good picture of your cage. Please post up some photos of the cage so we can see what is going on.

    Ants in plant

You can get rid of them by washing the plants down to the roots, but unless you can stop the ants from coming in they will just re-infest. In all honesty with what you just described about the landlords, I would look at moving out or contacting the city about the conditions and how the landlord...

    Ants in plant

You need to start putting ant traps down on your floors all over. If you do not eliminate the source they will just keep coming back. I suggest Terro products. Just don't let other pets get to them if you have them.

    Hurricane Season Preparation...

That is only required if you have phone service from the cable company. Yes some of the modems have small batteries, but that battery only lasts for so long. Also you have to have your router and switches all up and running to keep everything up and going. The reason I know of this is because...

    Happy to see me!!

Nope, so far Nimh doesn't want anything to do with me. He hides behind branches when I put my hand in the cage to feed him. He never puffs up or anything so at least I have that going for me.

    Odd behavior in male Panther

You need to change the way you are supplementing. Calcium with NO D3 = Daily Calcium with D3 = 2 times per month Multivitamin = 2 times per month As for your crickets, he should be getting 10 - 12 small crickets every day right now. between 6 to 12 months he should be at 10 - 12 medium...

    Help, concerned about droppings!

The couple things I would do is one, mist more often. That way maybe he can soak some up through his skin. Make sure that he gets wet as well. I can tell you that my little guy runs to get sprinkled on when my misting system turns on. He loves it! As for feeding, it sounds like you are...

Napping baby Vieled and prefers his left eye

What is wrong with the day blue bulb? It emits vitamin A that is supposed to stiumlate feeding. As well the light provides better visibility for the cham. I have the sun glo bulb that isnt not blue, so I put that in there now. Again, follow the care sheets. They have been developed over the...
