Just keep swimming!
Oh look! Something like this? I just scrolled around the free range forum and found this setup! I bet something like this would work by golly!
Optimistic! :D
Hmm, yes, I think that is what I'm afraid of. Possible solutions? He'd be outside 10 months of the year in sunshine if I get it right. He would be very happy if I could make it work.
Haha, ok so before anyone freaks out I need to clarify! I live in Florida and I have an outdoor screened in area. So.. I'm looking at my little reptibreeze.. And I'm out getting my little guy some sun and I'm like.. This is really just a giant reptibreeze.. Could I????
Ok, so before I even...
Hi there,
I've seen online several places list Hoya Exotica as safe for chameleons. Although I really want to believe this (because they are great plants, have fragrant flowers, and I already have one!) they are in the milkweed family.
When cut or damaged they do milk. Does anyone use...
It's a tough situation when you think about it: our planet is going through the 6th mass extinction in its 4 BBbbbillion year history.. It's not a common event. However, after each mass extinction new species appear (some new forms of life never seen before) and the planet somehow reemerges...
If I can make a suggestion to you: research the species you are interested in. Take your time, don't rush. Find out what their needs are, and what you feel comfortable with. If you are not interested in getting another, larger, cage in the near future (6 months at most) for and adult...
Thanks! Yea I'm poking around, and someone suggested to try and ask Nick Barta if he has anymore Green Banana Roaches.. I'll try that route first and if not I'll look around. There's so much out there though, I'd trust a good word from someone here at the forums :D
When you hit the post reply botton and the window appears to type in, just below it there is a "manage attachments" button. Choose to either take a picture or upload from library.. Then make sure after you do (it will think) hit the "upload" button.
It's silly, but it works.
It's exciting and a hard decision!!
I know that the water bowl is not necessary, chameleons only drink from leaves that are wet from misting.
What species you want, well.. Hard to say. I had Jacksons before, and they are great! I have a Panther right now. He's great too! Whatever one...
Congrats!
Sadly, I know nothing about egg-layers. I'm sure someone will help you quickly though. If you don't hear soon, go into the most recently posted threads, find a senior member, and private message them. They might be online still. I'm sure that little guy wants the answer to come...
I appreciate it! I'll see if he has any more, and, are they at all difficult to raise and keep?
How do you like them? Oh, and how about the chams?? Lol
