i got my mistking running 5 time a day for 7 minutes and i wanted to know if that is to much? also my humidity goes up to 99% when the mist goes on but and then it start to drop later through out the time, is that fine?

what about for panther chameleon, i was told to keep the humidity high? now i am confuse.
