Your chameleon needs to go to a vet immediately. That's most likely a sinus infection and it looks pretty bad. The chameleons head shouldn't be that swollen.

She is turning black because it's her coloring or she's cold. The humidity should be 50-80, The white is normal shedding nothing to be alarmed by. Don't dust crickets too much or she will release the excess calcium from her nose. Do you have a UVB light?

Sorry for your loss. Too many vitamians, unsafe plants and a strict diet of crickets could've been it. Over time it can be fatal.

My chameleon got defensive yesterday, but today he was better and even let me touch his chin. I turn my lights off and nightlight on at 6:00p.m. and my Cham just started sleepwalking. He is walking around the leaves with his eyes closed and looks like he is trying to get out of the glass.
