So I have 3 bearded dragons 2 are kept in sand and it works fine my first beardie has had sand for years but she is a clean lizard so its no problem but the one that is not in sand has a new enclosure and I realy dont know what substrate to use I dont want sand because she is realy messy ive...
What about infection if the cham has bitten his or her tongue off ive read this happens quite often will it not hurt the cham? And how soon after would they want to eat again? Im realy worried about this now i hope this never happens!
Thanks so they just get used to eating like a beardie!:-) i had never heard of a cham without a tounge before i didn't realize this could happen and they can be perfectly fine its good to know:)
It is not my chameleon i watched a video and was just curious yes there was a laying bin in the enclosure i did write all of this on my first post but you obviously haven't read it properly lol
Sorry about sadie:( but do you think its got anything todo with the way she layed the eggs that shes sick now? Your vet says this is a common thing? Hmmm thats strange i thought it was realy odd were your eggs fertile?
I watched a video the other day and a chameleon was just wandering around on the vines laying its eggs!! is this normal? Ive never seen this before surely the eggs wont be ok? And i could see a laying bin i dont understand why it didnt use that to lay in i just dont understand lol although one...
The ventilation and air flow is realy good were using fans that are hooked upto fan controlers which are in one of the draws at the bottom the chams are shedding so much better in here i noticed it straight away and i dont realy know what u mean about plumbing lol??
