Zuzka came down on the substrate again, but she is just laying there on ground doing nothing, she is looking more lighter green than usually. I am super worried. Sime dirt has been turned over. May she be taking break before actually laying eggs?

You mean three white splashes on your cham's body, right? That is most likely nothing, just his colours are starting to kick in, my female has also these white splashes :) I otherwise have to agree with others

Thanks Matt! With that description I think I found just ideal substrate. Now, only thing we can do is cross our finger and hope for the best!

I cleaned her and I got some other substrate, lets hope everything will go right from now on. Thanks for the advice!

I just walked into my room and found Zuzka started digging! OMG, I am so nervous! Okay, deep breaths, now... what? I can´t yet ´till she is finished, I might die from stress! How can I notice right away if she is egg-bound?

I´ll make sure she won´t see me. I´ll check tempeture, thank you for the heads up

UPDATE: So, I came back home to find Zuzka has already dug some holes. I rushed and panicked a little bit, because new and better substrate I had planned to use for laying bin, hasn´t arrived yet. *sigh* So, I improvised and made Zuzka a bigged laying place, you may say, which is now in quiet...
