my male veiled is usually very dark when he is just sitting in his cage, but when i take him out he will turn a neon green almost and there is nothing wrong with him, i was told it's just there "calm" colors, but that is unusual that he was on the ground of the cage..

i use this fake grass/carpet stuff, its flat and comes in green/brown/grey, you can find at petsmart or a petstore, it holds in moisture very well and it's washable, it's also non toxic too. it's made for reptiles.

I want to start ordering crickets because i hate going to the pet store every other week and their getting to expensive, soo i was wondering what good sites i can order crickets off of. Also, does anyone know of a cricket supplier close to missouri to keep costs low??
