    Graphic Picture Warning: New cagemate

I did not plan on commenting on this post anymore, but I do not want it deleted. Regardless of my opinion, there is a lot of good points and information given on BOTH sides of this debate (or whatever you want to call it). I appreciate the people who stuck up for me, and I also appreciate the...

    Graphic Picture Warning: New cagemate

No pesticides or anything are used anywhere by my house. The only risk would be parasites. I am over this though. And I have already apologized twice for not putting the warning. I seriously did not think it was a big deal since pictures of chams eating their meals are posted daily. And...

    Graphic Picture Warning: New cagemate

It is funny how most people wouldnt give a second look at a lizard that was ran over by a car, but would have obvious issues with a cow that had been killed by a car. Circumstances created strictly by man. Yet like you said, they will still, buy a big mac, go drive their cars, and complain...

    Fruit fly cultures

Mine are kept at room temp. I pour the boiling water right into the fly media, in the "deli" cups. I have never had any issues. If you don't use boiling water, the anti-mold ingredient doesn't work as well as it should, which can result in bad colonies.

You are right. I shouldn't stoop to that immature level. I wonder though, will someone get offended if i post a picture of my chameleon eating anything? Should I be concerned over someone getting too "sensitive" over a roach? If they don't care, then is that bad? A life is a life...

I do have to say that there was no "Warning" at first. I apologized for that, and apparently it has been fixed.

I'm sorry but this bugs the crap out of me. And I hope to god, that non of the people complaining eat any sort of animal products. And if they do they better be the ones slaughtering/butchering it themselves.

And one of my best friends is one of the largest breeders of large lizards in the world....I can't even imagine the amount of "anoles" his reptiles inadvertently consume daily in his outdoor enclosures. I'm sorry, but grow a pair, seriously

    Graphic Picture Warning: New cagemate

Well just to let anyone know, this lizard ran into my house an actually climbed on the chameleon cage. Yes I grabbed him and put him in, but if there was not a screen there, my chameleon would have eaten him anyway. Natural selection sorry....Maybe this insensitive, but I guess he will not...

    Graphic Picture Warning: New cagemate

And what makes any one life worth more than another? Isn't it technically better that one life be taken to feed him, than 100 lives (crickets)? A life is a life regardless. I am sorry if you guys see that 100 crickets' lives are worth less than 1 lizard. By the way I have wholesale accounts...

    Graphic Picture Warning: New cagemate

Ok I will apologize for not putting a "warning" in the title. I guess it just did not cross my mind that some people would be offended by the picture. I have kept snakes and monitors most of my life, and maybe that "desensitized" me? I still breed rats, fruit flies, roaches, ect to sells for...

    Graphic Picture Warning: New cagemate

Guess they didn't get along very well hee hee Disclaimer: Yes I know there is too much protein in lizards/mice, and can if fed too often can cause organ damage, yes I know they can sometimes carry parasites (so can insect feeders though), it was a one time thing, and last but...
