    Chameleon Tongue

There have been a few posts about this issue in the past week alone. I didn't realize it was so common. Sorry to hear about your guy, best wishes for a fast recovery!

    Enclosure questions

I don't think an enclosure that small is typically recommended for those species since they can grow so quickly. You're probably going to have to upgrade fairly quickly, depending on what age you get the cham at.

How young to buy baby Veiled?

Most everything I have read here and around the web is if you are not an experienced keeper, 3-4 months old is the best time to get one. I don't have any personal experience with this yet, just thought I'd give some input.

    New Cham Experience

Yes! I posted a picture a couple nights ago in the enclosure category. I've added another branch and vine since then though so he'd have more to climb on.

    New Cham Experience

I will be getting my first veiled on Tuesday. I have done a few months of research, and I think I have all of my bases covered as far as my enclosure/supplies/vetrinarian/etc go. My question for all of you owners (new and old) is what was the one thing that caught you off guard or you didn't...

    Dracaena fragrans

Quick question... Has anyone ever had any problems with this plant and their chams? I notice it is on most "safe plant" lists, but wanted some input from people here just in case.

    New Enclosure

Hmmm... That is disappointing if true. All of my research showed that it is not toxic and doesn't have sap that can hurt chameleons (like the ficus and umbrella can). I am concerned about the size of the leaves though. I figure I will see how he does with the sticks and vines being around...

    New Enclosure

Hopefully that uploaded right... First time uploading a picture here. Here is a picture of the enclosure as of right now. The UVB light is off because we raised it on a small table and it won't reach to the outlet. :\ We have to go get a power strip for it tomorrow. Other than that, we may...

    Supplier Question

Does anyone here have experience with any of the variety packs on lindasgonebuggie.com? I checked and didn't see them on the sponsor list, so I figured I'd see if anyone has had good/bad experiences with them here. Also, can most worms be kept in the refrigerator? Thanks for the...
