So for the past 3 days I have not seen Fili at all (the two girls are great at hiding). But she came out today when a ray of sunshine went across their terrarium. Snapped some photos, hope you enjoy her as much as I do! :)
Squeeze a sample of the vermiculite in your hand. It should be damp enough that maybe a drop or two drip out, but nothing too much more than that. Congratulation on your new eggs, such an exciting time!
So very sorry for your loss, Jann. Thoughts and prayers go your way, glad you had the years with him to make the memories you now have. Such a beautiful creature!
Thanks for the tips! I figured it might be handy to have around, now that I have 5 of these scaly guys. Bagheera, especially, is good at finding ways to bruise himself... He has a very pouty lip from hitting it on his cage when he was little :P Never hurts to make a first aid kit!

Looks to be an R. Temporalis male to me. Does the seller have any info on how they are keeping the little guy? He looks maybe a little skinny in the picture, but other than that I don't think he looks too shabby... Any more photos of him? :) I have 2 females of this species, they are...
I have concluded that PetSmart is the puppy-mill of Chameleon sales... As others have said, I strongly recommend reporting them, a letter or phone call to management is not a bad idea. Take PLENTY of pictures, maybe even a picture of your receipt if you still have it. Make sure you can see the...
