his crickets are gut loaded crickets 6 days are calcuim (phosphorus free) 1 day is multi vitamins i give him melons and peach carrots and other veggs and fruits in a bolw about a teaspoon a day i change the bolw so its fresh daily. he gets some meal worms every so often.
