Today i lost "nacho" and went crazy trying to find him.I knew if i just relaxed he'd show up. So, a few minutes ago i found him crawling up the outside of his cage, trying to get in his tree.Its his bedtime, so i guess he just went home.....:eek:

its probably overkill, as i assume the chams,like anything else,will defecate all the unused nutrients. I will continue with using it on me and my cham and keep notes. Thanks for the reply.
I've been using it for years, as here at our gym we train in the heat,and burn alot of calories and electrolytes. It does have a small amount of spinach, but for the most part,its good stuff. The crickets went crazy on it,consuming all of it in 15 minutes. I dont see anything that could be bad...
