    Angry Gunther!!!

Thanks so much everyone! He's still got a bit of growing/developing to do. He gets more amazing with each shed. It's funny, he didn't react to mirrors at all for the first 7 months. Then one day he noticed the "other chameleon" and now he flares up instantly at a mirror.

    pickle at play

Pickle looks quite happy up there. I completely agree with your snake. I'd prefer soft flannel over a fake rock any day. :p

    First ball python

Just a quick update, I found a female for him!!! It's going to be quite a while before they breed (she's just a baby), but this is just a pet project for me. I only have room for a couple snakes so she and my pied are it for now. She's just a baby, but here's the breeder's picture.

    First ball python

Great minds think alike!!! I'm looking at a super pastel female right now to raise up and breed (just waiting on an updated picture of her). I'm hoping (in a couple generations) for a super pastel pied. It's kind of my own little project, and I'll just sell the extra babies.

    First ball python

Lol, I waited and saved and then waited and saved some more. It was sooo tempting just to give in and buy a pastel or something but I held out! It took me forever to find an animal with decent white for under $1000. And I can't believe how much they were when they first came out, I'm so glad...

    First ball python

I saw them at a show for the first time a while back and knew I had to have one. It just took me forever to save up for one! Thanks! He was $800 shipped. They only way I justified the price was telling myself I'm going to breed him to a super pastel and sell the babies.

    First ball python

Here he is!!! He's super shy, so please excuse the terrible photos. This is the first time I've had him out in the week and a half I've had him. Next time I promise the pics will be better. He's a bit more friendly in his cage. And here's the breeder's picture.

    Overly friendly Panther

Thanks everyone!!! I'd love to get him a free range but I'm so afraid of my dog getting too close. I've got a tree out front I let him climb all over for a couple hours on sunday mornings when it's sunny. This is why I'm afraid to let him free range.

chameleonsonly, the kammers. And thanks! I'm sooo happy he likes me. Now if only I can get my python to feel the same way about me I'll be happy. Thank you! They did all the work breeding him. I just feed him.

    Overly friendly Panther

More Gunther pics!!! Not too many today, I'll add more later. I love coming home because when he sees me walk in the room he leaves his basking spot and comes to the front of the cage. I open the door and he comes out. Sometimes he climbs up my shoulder, sometimes he just sits on his cage...
