Chameleon hasn't eaten in a long time

I've had my chameleon for a long time now, he's basically an adult. Recently has quit eating, I'd say it's been about, a week and a half? He's looks perfectly fine and all, he just wont eat any food, he doesn't even look to me as if he's lost any weight. I took this picture of him today while he...

Best way to secure branches to glass terarria?

I currently am using a live planted glass terrarium with exo terra vines for my veiled to climb around on. However, the only way I can really secure these is to the stronger plants and the lid. Is there a better way for securing braches to the sides?

    This was kind of strange.

Every day I feed my veiled chameleon Rango by tongs. He eats about 5-7 various insects a day. But this evening, he would look at the food, and even get his tongue ready to shoot, but didn't go for it. After about ten minutes I got him to eat two superworms. Is this weird behaviour? Or am I just...

    Grow tent for cham :O

I was looking into a cage for my tegu when I came across people using grow tents, which look like really neat little things for reptiles. If it can hold in a tegu, I can see no problem with it keeping in a chameleon. The only problems I can think of are hanging the branches and drainage. They...

I want to get an outsalets but I'm wondering if I have the experience with chameleons first. I have had 2 veileds during my time of keeping reptiles. Should I keep panther/jacksons chameleons first? Or is it ok to go for oustalets, if its a cb from fl chams?

what can I use to cover the sides of my chameleons terrarium?

I am making a terrarium for my veiled. I will be using an eco terra 18x36x36 glass cage. I want something to cover three of the sides that plants can grow on. I was thinking tree fern panel, but its soooo expensive. I also really don't want to use the great stuff and eco earth trick. Any advice?

    Greenhouse?

I've been planning on building some sort of greenhouse for my veiled chameleon. I was just wondering if its possible to get a chameleon outside year-round when temps outside can drop to 15F? How do I heat it? Is best best to just be something I keep him in during the summer? Is it possible that...

How do I tell if my cham is skinny?

Because my chameleon is so scared of humans, I never get to see him eat. I'm never sure how much of it really gets eaten. How to I tell if he's skinny? Sometimes he looks fat, other times thinner.

    Moss

I have a huge exo terra for my veiled ( 36x18x36 ) that I want to make into an all living vivarium. The reason I want this is because it will help with humidity/airflow, as well as look much nicer than fake plants. My question is, can I grow moss down there, way at the bottom? How does it get...

    Vivexotic?

Does anybody know about the vivexotic cages having good enough airflow? Is there a place that ships them to America? I could always add computer fans or vents.
