Glad to hear you got the worms removed. Fingers crossed they don't return.
I can't believe people on here have actually carried out DIY Cham surgery. Haha crazy!
A lot do.
My advice for you would be pick your species and then find a reputable breeder. Post your setup on here too so people can give you any tips if needed.
Great news. Sometimes thats just what happens. They usually go all defensive until you have them and then they are are chilled out.
What was your approach in the end?
Just been flicking through my digi camera and found a few snaps so thought I'd share them. Probably a month or two old now.
My plan this weekend is to get them out again for some free-ranging and picture taking :-)
Repashy all in one is a good product. I've been using it for a good few months now. If you use it properly, without over-doing it, it should last a long time. Mine came in a re-sealable bag too so should keep for ages.
I remove my Chams from their cages when cleaning. If they dont come out by themselves I start to give them a nice chin rub (always approach slowly) - I start with this. Slowly moving my hand underneath their body. Usually they will start to move their hands on to you. Or try to mount your hand...
Hi Markarian - welcome to the forum.
You will get good help & advice here its a great forum with some great helpful people.
I can relate to your current position - the first Chameleon I bought was sick and it only became apparent a few days after bringing him home. Its devastating.
I would...
