Problems eating & with it's eyes.

flushing the eye with saline is definitely something to try if he is having trouble openning it. I've seen many pet stores using substrates in chameleon enclosures (which is a no-no) and it is possible that some debris got into his eye. You can also trying putting the little guy in the shower...

    Red Night time bulb

You dont need a night bulb of any kind. Chameleons are very sensitive to light and night-lights can disturb their sleep. If you are having trouble keeping temps up without a light, try using a space heater or other heat source. But no lights.

need help with my baby 2 week old veiled

When you say that your cham sleeps in your hand, is this during the day? Sleeping during the day is a sign of health problems for chams, they should be active all day long until "lights out." If you are handling him at night, he should be left alone to sleep. All handling (if any) should be done...

    DIY plant hangers/holders

I saw on LLLReptile's website some magnetic plant holders for suspending plants higher up into the enclosure and was wondering if anyone tried making something like this themselves. I was going to try using some styrofoam and great stuff for the hanger, but couldn't think of a reliable way to...

Or, he could just be a grumpy juvenile :P fill out the "how to ask for help" form, and more experienced keepers will...

    Real oak tree branches

Ive heard that moss can cause impaction if ingested. If he is going to be hunting in his enclosure, I would definitely stay away from the moss just in case he snaps some up with his feeder. Even if you are hand/cup feeding be wary that some chams will eat just about anything in their enclosure...

Golden Pothos are cheap, easy to find in stores, are safe to eat, grow like crazy, and have long sturdy vines for climbing. Theyre probably the most popular for cham enclosures.

Getting ready to upgrade Milo's enclosure...advice on screened cages

    need simple drainage.

You can buy a small section of screen or hardware cloth from a big box store (home depot, lowe's, menards) and suspend it with silicone or zip ties a few inches from the bottom of the enclosure. It will keep debris and feeders from falling to the paper towels, but water can still get through.
