As posted above, it sounds like it her behavior may be linked to a vitamin overdose or deficiency. How are you gutloading your feeders? How are you supplementing them? And are crickets the only feeder you use?
You should fill out this form so members can more accurately deduce what the cause of your problem is.

The sunken eyes is a sure sign of dehydration, you can try giving water via a syringe to keep the guy hydrated. The "fat" hands sound to me...
Ive never had a female cham, but fron what ive heard other members say, i think the best thing to do is to just leave her be until she is done with her business.
The "shell" part may be chitin (the exoskeleton of many common feeder insects) that was not digested. As mentioned above a chameleons poo will look like more wet than its urine (urate), which will be harder and should be white. If the urate is orange, it is a sign of dehydration. So make sure...
Pictures would help, her coloration should show whether or not she is gravid. The sunken-eyes are usually due to dehydration so make sure she is still drinking as much as usual. The clear substance on her back is a bit alarming, It sounds to me (just speculating, again pictures would help) that...
Post on craigslist and try the classifieds section here. At that price I imagine that they will be bought up immediately. The only problem will be that most buyers will need them to be shipped... If you arent sure how to ship the babys safely, Im sure that some members here would be happy to...
I have a question about your supplementation. I am not familiar with the supplements you are using, is your daily zilla spray cal only? And what is in the multivitamin? Is he getting D3 at appropriate intervals?

2. Someone above mentioned gout, and that could be an additional problem. How much of...
My only critiques would be on his cage size and feeders.
What you are doing isnt wrong, but you asked for constructive criticism :D
Your enclosure size is very minimal for a panther and I'm sure that you know he will need a larger enclosure before long.
As far as feeders, try implementing...
I imagine he is showing these stress colors because he feels exposed and vulnerable. It would make sense that he would feel safer in his enclosure where he has foliage to hide in, and he may be familiar enough with you to feeler safer with you around. Try including some plants for him to hide in...
Unfortunately, all you can really do is be patient and understand that your chameleon may always be this way. Be sure to be quiet and slow when approaching him, but dont be "sneaky" like a predator. Make sure the colors you are wearing arent upsetting him.
As far as misting, you can mist as often as you like as long as you allow for the water to evaporate between mistings (otherwise you will increase the risk of bacterial and respiratory infections).
As far as heating, it is important that the lower part of the cage be much cooler than the...
