I would use the repti sun 5.0.. but I think the repti glo 8.0 or 10.0 is almost the same.. check with guys on here... repti glo is cheaper. but the repti sun is proven..

no it does have beta carotene in it... but I was going to dust once a week but mix with gut load daily.. but if you say its over kill.. I will only dust once a week thanks..

any jug with a pin hole will work..let the water drip off the leaves.. and put a cup under the leaves.. but make sure you empty the cup often or your cham will drown in it.. they can drown in very shallow water.. I use a 3 inch plastic cup.. so if he tries to climb in it.. he will knock it over...
