I use a cool-vapor humidifier. It's just one I found at Walgreens up the street. I went to Walmart to get a hose for it that now runs from the humidifier to the cage, and luckily it fit nice and snug in the vapor output.

It's just a cool-vapor humidifier that I bought at walgreens. I just got some hose at walmart, and luckily, it fit right in the vapor output nice and tight! And the timers I also got at walmart for like $3.00 each. They only have one plugin, but worth it if you only need one.

His eyes don't seem to be sunken in.. And yes, I spray his cage three - four times a day. I wouldn't think he would be dehydrated.. but I could be wrong! And I just read tonight about putting fruits and veggies in to gutload the crickets, so I'm going to get right on that.

It's just a humidifier with a hose running to the cage. I'm spraying about three times a day for misting. I plan on getting a mist system here soon.
