After watching that video I posted earlier in the thread, it looks similar. But again, I would say a vet visit is warranted to be safe.
In these pictures, those look like ova to me. Definitely could be wrong.
My 17 yr old keeps telling me that I'm obsessed with my Lady. I think she is jealous because I take better care and pay more attention to Lady than I do her...🤣
You go to Walmart and the first place you go is the garden section and get 4 new plants and a bag of organic potting soil before the necessities you went for?
Fyi... Pothos, Bromeliad, and Dracaena for $10 ea. 6in yellow ficus for $15.
Just watched this video to get an idea of what to look for...
It looks like, in the first and second pics, that there may be some parasite ova. But I am not a vet so I would say get a fecal test done by a vet. Better to err on the side of caution.
That is the only thing I like also. I am making due for now but becoming impatient with the build. Probably going to start it next weekend so that I can get this reptibreeze disassembled soon.
The reptibreeze enclosures are ok but I personally dislike them. The starter enclosure that I have (1.5x1.5x3) is starting to sit lopsided from, what I can only guess is, the weight of the lights on top, the small flukers vines hung from the sides, and the plants sitting in the bottom. It is not...
@narmstrong I am so sorry for your loss. Please don't let trolls get you down. I am a first time owner as well. I had been researching (what was bad information) for three years before being gifted my cham and only figured out that it was bad after joining this forum, being directed to Neptune's...
Weighed Lady yesterday afternoon... 17g. It seemed a little low considering the age that Petsmart said she was, like maybe she was actually younger or severely malnourished, but after reading some threads about age and the variation in growth rates in chams, I don't know. Picked her up some more...
I wouldn't have thought about any of this until I was in a pinch facing a storm. We stay prepared during hurricane season with water/food for ourselves and our furry animals... but now it will be new with a cham to care for also. All of this is very helpful advice.
