Hi I asked this question before but only one person answered. Can somone with knowledge of veild chameleons tell me if they need tropical UVB or desert ? Also I had a UVB tropical that wasn't used for almost a year is it completely useless?

That's what I thought but is it based on personal opinion?

The reason I ask is because my veild chameleon is in a 36*18*18 cage with a 18 inch t8 15watt tropical series 25 but I'm just now learning I needed a desert UVB wth? Is this true ?.....!!!!!!

I was just wondering because the guy I got him from still has the father veild and he sheds every week which is kind of weird
