If you look to the left of the screen and Click on "Care Resources". You will find care sheets for whatever species of chameleon you are wanting to get.
Needs for different species are unique, so make sure you know what kind you want to purchase, so you can provide a proper setup...
Most chams when we generalize are more arborial type chameleons that do well is screen cages. However (most) Pygmy chameleon do well in Glass enclosure. As far as your tank set up goes, it looks okay with me. Plenty of pathways for him to travel and regulate his temps.

As far as finding the eggs. Yes it can be a chore. I look once a week for eggs. I will have the bottom covered in moss except a few designated area where they can actually dig. And 90% of the time they are right there.

Brevs are very shy when it comes to drinking. You will hardly see them drink. However set up a little camera in fron of the viv while your gone, and you will see them drink! :)
Its pretty hard to tell with the quality of photos. I guess we may have to wait till a more serious photo shoot happens when they settle in nicley.
However definately get that water bowl out of the Viv.
If you need to cool, try using aquarium chillers (basically just computer fans that can mount to the cage).
Experiment with them blowing in and out, sometime exhausting the heat output from the light outward from the cage works better than blowing air into the cage.
