I sometime suspect young Veileds are heat sensitive.

Maybe switch repti zoo uvb for more reputable makers like Arcadia, and Zoo Med. I would hope someone more knowledgeable with Jackson’s can point out the problem.

It funny for me, but I don’t smell foul from chameleons stools or their urates….

If I can have more space…I would absolutely get more Veileds.

I don’t have heat lamp for mine. I notice anything above 80 degrees my chameleon does the same. I just keep the other essentials on-UVB and my jungle dawn.

Take pictures would really help a lot to assess the situation better. :)

I never seen a chameleon having curiosity toward the object. LOL

Does anyone can confirmed top picture is an Orange Body Blue Bar type of Ambilobe? Can’t tell what is the other type of phenotype of Ambilobe either for the bottom picture. But it pretty color.

You would have to entirely change your light fixtures.

I have a hard time getting the vitamins coating onto to the bugs. I found just lightly sprinkling the cup with powdered vitamins with roaches, made it easier. Of the times he missed his aims, his tongue get the powdered. So it makes me satisfied. LOL

Do you have Arcadia or zoo med T5 uvb? I only see the dual kind for coil uvb.

If you are comfortable with this, hand feed your chameleon with bugs on your hands/arms. Place your hands toward the chameleon. But not too close.
