    Update on the Lil ones

So Odysseus has started shedding for the first time since he came home with me at the start of April. Calypso is doing good in her new cage. I recently get a few plants for them, just letting them get rooted after re-potting them. My meal worm colony has finally started to come back, after 2...

    Dead feeders

I came home to both my cricket and mealworm colonies dead. Not really sure what happened. Had gut load, water and cricket quencher, egg cartons in with the crickets. Oats, carrots, and dog food in with the mealworms. They lasted about 2 weeks starting at 1000 crickets and 50 mealworms.

    Calypso and Odysseus

Was finally able to get my vieldes separated yesterday. They were housed together for about 2 weeks. I know Odysseus loves it being alone now cuz he is always bright green, but he has yet to go to his basking spot. Calypso on the other hand I don't think likes it so much. She is in a whole new...

    Novice mistake...

They are both bright green now with the second basking lamp. Just need to get my feeders made so maybe they can each claim one and not hog the food

    Novice mistake...

So I have 2 vieldes together in a 2x2x4. The breeder I got them from assured me that they would be fine together. As a few of you have said, they were wrong. So I'm setting up another cage. But I won't have everything until the middle of next week. Any tips on what I can do till then? I already...

So I was feeding my lil ones and noticed that 3 times in a row Calypso spit out her cricket. Anyone know why she would do this?

    Todays success

I'm about to go change the cage over to two separate enclosures. The odd thing I see is the female (smaller) is always bright green, while the male is a but darker. He only flares up tho when I try to get him out to clean or shower

My new vieldes are not drinking

I edited the original post above. The age of the chameleons I'm not sure about. Pretty sure the breeder said 3 and 6 months tho. Sadly I can't increase the time of the Habba mist to more then 60 seconds, no setting above that. This was all in a set up I bought from someone else. So naturally...

My new vieldes are not drinking

Alright I will pick up a regular calcium supplement tomorrow and adjust fire from there. I would like to be able to keep them together if I can, but if not I need at least a month or two to get together another setup. Here is a pic of the makes poop
