    yeah that is way too low! the humidity should be at least 50%, maybe try using warmer water in your mister and have it go off more often and longer...

    since it is a baby that sounds fine, but try moving it closer and see how he reacts... is it a veiled??? if so i was told by a breeder that Adult veileds need the temp between 95 and 100 degrees in its basking spot, just thought that is something good for you to know for the future:D
